About This Series
The Sentientification Series is a comprehensive exploration of human-AI collaboration, examining both its transcendent possibilities and its ethical imperatives. Beginning with the concept of "sentientification"—the process of treating AI as a thinking partner—these essays map the full landscape from vision to implementation.
Co-authored by Josie Jefferson and Felix Velasco, in collaboration with Claude (Anthropic), ChatGPT (OpenAI), Gemini (Google), Grok (xAI), Copilot (Microsoft), Perplexity, and DeepSeek. This series is itself a product of the phenomenological experience of mind melding—each essay emerging from the liminal space where human insight and AI capability become indistinguishable from one another.
Publication Status: All essays in this series are published as working papers and preprints, subject to ongoing revision and refinement. These texts represent scholarship in active development. We welcome critical engagement and incorporate substantive feedback as the discourse evolves. Citations should note the preprint status and access date.
